Diveheart Foundation Brings Scuba Diving to NV

The Neuqua Valley Physical Education Department in cooperation with the Diveheart Foundation will have a first of its kind event on Friday, October 26 at Neuqua Valley High School by taking the special needs population scuba diving.

Diveheart and NVHS P.E. have been collaborating since last June in attempts to bring scuba diving to Neuqua Valley High School.

Diveheart and Scuba Etc work together to facilitate a program for youth at risk

One of Divehearts first facilitated programs is in it’s second year. Diveheart instructors Kevin Vaughn and Chris Cote keep their Youth at Risk kids diving locally at Pearl Lake in Wisconsin. Their SCUBA ETC program has taken kids to Turks and Caicos again this summer and then follows up with advanced training locally to keep the kids “engaged”.
