PRESIDENTS MESSAGE: Stepping Up

Jim ElliotFamily businesses and major corporations have a succession plan.....most of the time.

If the founder of an organization leaves or passes without a succession plan there can be caios.

Diveheart and the Angelfish Foundation www.theangelfishfoundation.org are working on a succession plan so that one hundred years from now, children, adults and veterans with disabilities will benefit from the work we are all doing today.

Sara Koehnke, the Author of the Diveheart July newsletter is part of that succession plan. Sara is a young lady with a genuine passion to help others.

Diveheart hopes to identify and develop more champions like Sara....because she is the future of Diveheart.

Bringing young people into service is one of the greatest gifts we can give them, our communities and our country.....please step up and help Diveheart encourage young people get involved in service above self at a young age......

It will be the greatest succession plan that we can give our children and our world.....

Jim Elliott
President of Diveheart
